The terms and conditions which follow in Section 2,  relates to all Imagimags promotions, including Colour November. Participation in any Promotion is governed by these terms and conditions (“the Rules”).

Please note that all discount codes received before 31 December 2023 will no longer be active from 1 January 2024. 

Discounts can't be used on any order over the value of R10 000.00 

Our spin to win codes are randomised and we cannot guarantee a specific percentage off.

This promotion is conducted by Magnajoy (Pty) Limited, Registration No. 2019/258767/07, Longwood, Hout Bay Main Road, Cape Town (hereinafter "the Promoter" or “Our” or “Imagimags”).You are hereby offered the opportunity to participate in a promotion run by Imagimags. “Online or www.imagimags.com” refers to our website.

It is deemed that a participant’s participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Rules and Participants agree to abide by these Rules.

1. This Promotion is open to residents of South Africa, over the age of sixteen (16) years;
2. Employees of the Promoter, partners, directors, stockists, as well as their spouses, life partners, children, siblings, or associates are not eligible to enter or participate in this Promotion.
3. The Promotion is valid until the date specified by Imagimags and is open to change without prior notice.
4. Promo codes can only be redeemed online for the duration of the promotion and each promo code can only be used once per customer. Only one promo code may be applied per order.
5. The outcome of the Promotion is subject to the decision of the organiser of the Promotion whose decision is final and no negotiations and/or correspondence will be entered into.
6. Returns will be based on the discounted price.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out reasonable due diligence to confirm eligibility of participation and help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity for the Promotion will not bring the Promoter or any of the Promoter brands into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavourably on the Promotion as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
8. In the event where the Promotion is cancelled or suspended, all Participants/entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the Promotion and acknowledge that they have no recourse against the Promoter, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters.
9. Promo codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
10. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of being run as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to take any action that may be available to it, subject to regulations, including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion.
11. Any Participant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism or draw in any way, engages in any unlawful or improper conduct which jeopardises or is likely to jeopardise the fair or proper conduct of the Promotion.
