You have changed your mind?
As much as we know our customers love their Imagimags, we also know that to change your mind is so human! For this reason, you are may return any product that you no longer wish to keep, within 30 days, in order to be fully refunded. There are some conditions that apply though:
Items must be in the original, unopened and undamaged packaging.
We will require proof of purchase, in the form of an order number.
The courier service to return the purchase to Imagimags is at your expense. In order to ensure that you receive your refund, please ensure that items are well packed and that you utilise a trackable courier service.
Your refund, exchange or credit note will be issued after we have received the product.
Please allow up to 5 Business Days for your return and refund request to be processed.
We will make your refund by the same payment method that you used to purchase the product.
Items bought on sale will be refunded at the sale price paid.
Please note: We do not offer change of mind refunds or credit notes on items that you won in a give-away or competition.
Disclaimer: Imagimags have the right to reject returns outside the return period or items which are returned that have been used and not in their original condition (including all original product packaging).
There is a tile or item that is damaged or faulty
Imagimags tiles are of the highest quality! Yet, are also products that are packed by hand - we are not into machines taking people’s jobs from them. So there is always the slightest chance of human error.
If your set of Imagimags is incomplete or has any damaged tiles on arrival, please let us know at info@imagimags.com.
We will replace any affected items at our cost. And we will cover the courier charges to get these to you.
We have sent you the wrong item
Should you receive a different set of Imagimags or colour Imagibag than the one you ordered, we will send you the correct item as soon as we’ve received confirmation that the wrong set is on its way back from you to us. We’ll pay these courier costs. Please make sure that the returned product is in its original packaging, unopened and undamaged.
The courier fee for the incorrect item will be reimbursed to you via the most suitable method.
Your purchase is lost in transit
We have great trust in the courier services in South Africa and receive amazing service from them. IF a purchase goes missing in transit from us to you, we will investigate the matter and do all we can to find your package for you. After 14 days, we’ll consider it lost and send you another of what you purchased.
